Due to the hazards involved with racing and with the understanding "that all parts designed for racing at some point will fail, in some circumstances immediatly", Big Daddies Garage accepts no liability for failure of racing components or accessories manufactured or sold by Big Daddies Garage and the Customer / Buyer / or Transferee accepts all risks involved with the installation and use of Big Daddies Garage products in any vehicle either designed , modified or converted for racing and understands the hazards thereof.

As an express condition of sale of any Big Daddies Garage product, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to use Big daddies Garage products expressly for the modification of vehicles to be used in sanctioned competitive racing events only. While every effort is made to provide installation information, we have no control over owner installation, modification, and unusual stresses and misuse that performance parts are subject to. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability for installation and use of Big Daddies Garage products. Under both Federal and State laws and regulations we caanot provide any assistance to correct issues that arise from the installation or use of our products.
